These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CONTUNIOUS ("the service", "we", "us"), a web-based brain-training application operated by Huzaifa Asif Baghdadi, an individual based in Australia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
CONTUNIOUS provides online brain-training games and progress tracking for personal self-improvement. It is intended for general wellbeing and entertainment and is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over; a person under 18 may use it only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; accessing other users' data; using it unlawfully; or reselling access without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
The service, its content, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as feedback), and grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or that it will be error-free. Scores and indices are for self-tracking and motivation, not clinical assessment.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Consumer protections in your country of residence may also apply.
