This Refund Policy applies to paid CONTUNIOUS Premium subscriptions, operated by Huzaifa Asif Baghdadi (Australia). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.
If you're not happy with Premium, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email us — no complicated hoops.
Email aicoach@contunious.com from the address on your account, with the date of purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law, and consumer protections in your own country). If a payment was made in error or unauthorised, contact us and we'll help put it right.
