Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid CONTUNIOUS Premium subscriptions, operated by Huzaifa Asif Baghdadi (Australia). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Premium, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email us — no complicated hoops.

Cancellations & renewals

• You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals.
• When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• After the 14-day window, payments for a billing period already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email aicoach@contunious.com from the address on your account, with the date of purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law, and consumer protections in your own country). If a payment was made in error or unauthorised, contact us and we'll help put it right.
