Privacy Policy

Effective date: 22 June 2026 · Last updated: 22 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data CONTUNIOUS collects, why, and your choices. By creating an account or using the service you agree to this policy.

Who we are

CONTUNIOUS ("we", "us", "the service") is a brain-training web app operated by Huzaifa Asif Baghdadi, an individual based in Australia. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or request, contact us at aicoach@contunious.com.

What we collect

We do not collect payment card details directly — if and when paid plans launch, payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, and your card details go to them, not us.

How we use your data

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to save your progress and small settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell behavioural data to advertisers. You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings (doing so may sign you out and reset on-device progress).

How your data is shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the service:

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

International transfers

Because our providers operate globally, your data may be stored or processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children and young people

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. A person under 18 may use it only with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, and by signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly use a child's data for targeted advertising or behavioural tracking. Parents or guardians can contact aicoach@contunious.com at any time to review, correct, or delete their child's data, or to withdraw consent. If we learn we have collected a child's data without the required consent, we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email aicoach@contunious.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection regulator.

Data retention

We keep your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal data, except anything we must keep to meet legal obligations.

Security

We protect your data with measures including hashed passwords, database row-level security so each person can only access their own records, and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.

Analytics & advertising

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to understand how people use CONTUNIOUS and to measure the performance of our ads. The pixel sets cookies and shares limited usage signals (such as pages viewed and purchases made) with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can limit this through your browser settings, ad-blocking tools, or Meta's ad preferences. We never share your test answers or results with Meta.
